Grievance Description : To The Prime Minister of India SUBJECT: MSE project assessment by Punjab and Sind Bank according to the Law of land Sir, I wish to avail credit for my MSE unit and wish that third party assessment is made of the same. We understand the significance of MSMEs in the national economy and even the value of currency is determined on the basis of GDP of the nation, hence if for project appraisal we have to be aggrieved then you can better the state of the national economy. I have presented my project for assessment to Punjab and Sind bank, Rakab Ganj branch, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh office after which I was given a booklet by the branch head for filing and presenting it back to her which I duly did but she denied giving receipt of the filled in booklet of MSE credit and also I presented my revised project report as some totalling errors were there before. She took the revised project but cut the attachment from the receipt which shows the attached revised project. She also put the date 23/12/2017 on the receipt while the actual date was 21/12/2017. I have already filled a complaint against this of her act with the Director General, Institutional Finance, Lucknow, UP on 21//12/2017 as the page no. 1 of the attachment shows. The act of this branch head can be traced through the CCTV footage of the branch of 21/12/2017 between 11:30 to 12:00 noon. You are requested to ask the CMD of this banker to take cognizance of this matter on the basis of the CCTV footage and lodge an FIR against the branch head else it will be entirely his responsibility and I will have to chargesheet the directors as well as they are responsible for the activities of the bank. Further, regarding the credit petition of my MSE unit, I hope for due processing of the same according to the law of land. Hoping for due disposal with legally viable procedure under consideration of this petition in national interest.
